1. All burglar alarms should
deactivate and reset after a certain period of time. If any door or
window access that caused the alarm is still open, it cannot reset. The
alarm remains deactivated, so a burglar can reenter that opening at
anytime. This is why you want our central monitoring station to call the
police for you, and a responding party. They inspect the property and
close all doors and windows that have been breached allowing the
security system to reset; so your home is secure again. |

ALLSTATE, AAA, and STATE FARM, etc., are providing 10 to 15% discounts
on your homeowners insurance; if you have Central Monitoring on your
security system. This is because they are assured the police will
respond, and foil a burglary attempt. The result is less pay outs for
them and better protection for you. Usually, you will find that this
discount is enough to pay most of the Central Monitoring fee. |

3. If your security system has a
integrated fire alarm system, it also connects to the Central Monitoring
service, and assures that the Fire Department will respond quickly if a
fire occurs. The difference between a minor fire and a total loss is
usually only 10 minutes, by the time your neighbors to notice the fire
it may be too late. Give the Fire Department the critical time they need
to save your home with Central Monitoring. |

4. Your Security system keypad is
usually equipped with Fire, Panic, and Aux. Emergency buttons. If you
have Central Monitoring, pressing one of these buttons will immediately
notify the Central Monitoring Station that you have an emergency
situation. The Central Monitoring Station will dispatch the appropriate
emergency service personnel to your home. Wouldn’t it be nice to know

5. Central Monitoring also allows
your security system to report all trouble conditions. Conditions such
as low battery, or loss of electrical power to your panel. Central
Monitoring, in essence, gives you the ability to monitor the total
activity of your security system. |
